We as a renovator can see daily what is improvable in the area of formwork technology. Out of this experience we create products as our hewaSchalhaut GEN II. which is laminated with unique plastics. Or the force-fit V-Nut with which we close at large units the slotted formwork boards shortly.
In the area of reconstruction of formwork we are distribution partner for the laminaeX sandwich boards since 2007 in the German-speaking region (Ger, A, CH and FL). Ever budget and demand you can choose from three formwork facings:
Phenolharz beschichtet, hewaGEN II – the best seller of our company laminated with plastics or laminaeX – the sandwich board with a light plastic core, aluminum reinforcement and thermoplastic covering.
We especially developed the hewaSchalhaut for ambitious application. Proven in many cases since 1986 and saved by European patent since 1993.
You agnise them by the colour: ahead grey – behind red. Both sides are laminated with particular developed plastics, the "GEN II" is characterised by their high chemical resistance and bending stiffness at extreme high bending strength.
On 15,000 m² production area we renovate more than 120,000 m² of diverse formwork systems per annum. Effective, specially designed equipment and qualified staff assure the fast availableness of your renovated system.
Economic solutions around your range of formwork are our business. For example add to your formwork range a used formwork, inspected and reconstructed by us as specialist.

Now we want to present the two latest processings of schaltec: Since 2007 we produce in our own plant in Germany Triton – the 100 % compatible panels in 30-cm-raster. Adapted to this we designed the repairable multifunction formwork lock MFC. For us, each element has exactly to correspond to your needs, the Triton elements are optionally hot-dip galvanised or powder-coated.
